A work permit will only be issued to a restricted extent for executive managers, specialists and other skilled workers.

A visa must be obtained before entering Switzerland from the responsible Swiss authority.

Marriage certificate, children’s birth certificates, rental contract for a suitable apartment, proof of income and assets, proof of healthcare insurance for the whole family, proof of financial obligations. |
All documents must be submitted in German. Working without a permit is prohibited and subject to penalty.
